GENERAL INFORMATION
1. All prices include
Gas, Water, Electricity, Central heating, Air conditioning, Ironing/washing facility
Use of swimming pool and facilities (own risk)
Use of fitness equipment. (after consulting your doctor and at your own risk)
Use of Parking area (at your own risk)
2. Car
is essential – car hire is available at Rome, Pisa and Florence Airports (check special holiday rates – we recommend Europecar)
3.
Check-in-time: 17.00 pm until 19.00 pm
(if you plan to arrive earlier or later e.g. late flights or if you are caught up in traffic,
please advise us as soon as possible so that we can arrange to be home on your arrival)
Check-out-time: 10.30 am

BOOKING-CONDITIONS
1. Minimum-booking period:
3 nights in highlighted Low Season periods from published Tariff, 7 nights
Minimum at all other times of the year
2. Deposit
40 % of total renting-fee is to be paid at the time of booking, by credit card to secure reservation, paid in Euros
.
3. Balance
of remaining amount (60 %) will unless otherwise requested be taken from the credit card four weeks before arrival. Full amount of booking is required to secure a reservation if made within 4 weeks or arrival
.
4. Any extras
To be settled on day before departure either cash or credit card.
5. Currency:
Prices in the Tariff are given in Euros, payment taken in Euros.
6. No refunds
in case of cancellations; (we strongly recommend you take out your own insurance against this eventuality), no-show, early departure of any description (e.g. illness, strikes, weather-conditions, change of travel-plans, or any other reasons).
Deposits may be applied to future reservations at the discretion of the owners if a booking is made within 3 months of the cancelled booking
7. No reimbursement
for offered services not being used.

Apartment at departure-
please respect check out time 10.30 am
is to be left in an orderly condition as found on arrival: swept, fridge emptied, crockery washed up, dishwasher emptied, all rubbish and bottles all food items cleared, bathroom and kitchens in orderly conditions.
9. Small to medium size dogs
are allowed only
after agreement. (price per pet, per night 10 euros )
10. Responsibility:
Under no circumstances are we to be held responsible for any personal belongings, e.g. cars, etc,
The use of the apartment, grounds and facilities especially the sauna-bath-house and pool, is
at the guests own risk.
11. The use of our facilities
,
especially pool, sauna, fitness equipments and garden as well as Guest-laundry and ironing facility is reserved exclusively for the use of our house guests.
12.
Should Villa Pallero cancel the booking
due to unforeseen reasons, the whole of the deposit will be refunded to the guest together with the balance if that had been paid prior to the cancellation being made by Villa Pallero. Villa Pallero will not under any circumstances responsible for any other payments or obligations which may occur in connection with that cancellation.
13 . Changes
The owners reserve the right to change the specification and price-list
without notice.
14. Damage
Any damage to property or contents reported before or after departure will be liable to be charged to the credit card held against the booking
