Apartment 4 is situated over two floors, one enters from the east courtyard through large double winged glass doors into the former "limonaia" now living room, featuring the original terracotta vaulted ceiling. A private terrace facing east lies directly in front of the apartment and is furnished with a marble dining table to seat four persons, along with a shady canvas awning for use during the summer months.
The living room comprises a comfortable sofa, armchair, TV, DVD. In addition a tea kitchen supplies an electric kettle, espresso machine, toaster, fridge as well as porcelain, crystal glass ware and cutlery, a spacious wardrobe adequate for two persons has been integrated.
Above the living room, accessible via a staircase is to be found a loft bedroom with great views into a the valley: Double bed which may be seperated into two singles if required, wardrobe, TV. The bathroom is to be found on the ground floor directly adjacent to the living room: two wash basins, shower, hair dryer, make up mirror; WC, bidet + wash basin in a seperate room.
A spiral staircase leads to the first floor "art nouveau" inspired dining room with fully equipped kitchen and dining table to seat four persons comfortably. An antique dresser holds porcelain, crystal glass ware, and offers adequate space to store provisions. TV and video are to be found along with Stereo-CD.
From the dining room leads a small corridor where is to be found a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. This spacious bedroom features original hand made terracotta floor- and ceiling tiles, Oriental carpets, antique wardrobe with personal safe, television and offers panoramic views to the south.
The bathroom consists of one large and one small wash basin, magnifying make up mirror, hairdryer, WC, bidet and features a shower with "a view"!
* If required Apartment 4 may be linked to Apartment 1 through double connecting doors on the 1st floor, enabling up to 8 persons to sleep comfortably.
